It has come to our attention that some Q-line users with an Android-based SmartSet App may have recently experienced difficulties in operating their Bluetooth headset unit.

Description of malfunction: Unit crashes when connecting to 2 mobile devices at the same time.

Cause: This abnormal behavior is a result of a recent Google update to their Android Marshmallow version 6.0.1 and Android Nugat version 7.0 - 7.1.2

Resolution: We are currently working on a software patch to resolve this issue and expect it to be available for download from the Cardo Community by June 21st.
